Fundamentals 2.0



A 6-week programme combining elements of strength and conditioning to develop the athlete within. Learn how to move correctly, build global strength whilst developing your capacity for more work.

Suitable for the most basic of gyms, the programme will leave you moving, feeling and looking better and provides the perfect stepping stone into the world of Functional Fitness.

Prior gym experience is advised but not a necessity.
